I am unable to rename the Repository folder under System32\wbem as the local
admin. It give me a permission denied error. The folder resides on Windows
Server 2008 machine. I stop the WMI servcie before attempting to rename. I
took owner of the folder. Neither troubleshooting techniques helped. I still
received the permission denied error.

I am attempting to troobleshoot a SCCM client issue and one of the
troubleshooting steps requested I renamed the folder in order to rebuild the
repository.


Any ideas as to how to rename the folder?
