It happen to 2 new pc with window 7 & office 2003 sp3 setup. Win XP setup with office 2003sp3 got no issue. I tried many ways to configure outlook, but still same problem. When viewing from their webmail, there is no problem. So problem lies somewhere in the win7 pc . Compatibility issue ? Please advise. Below is part of the content when view from Outlook...
