Why is seeing your stuff reposted to SPR an 'unpleasant surprise'? The post is reasonable. Unfortunately the author is not, as evidenced by your unwillingness to support your many statements of supposed fact. > > Oh, that's right. If so, when was the most recent? Date/Title?

About as frequently as I start regular threads on sci.physics and sci.physics.relativity. > > If so, when was the most recent? > > Date/Title? Do you have trouble with groups.google.com, Robert? To address your broader point, I don't really see the point in consulting the insane, stupid, and clueless about my interests. Unlike most people here, I can read technical literature for comprehension. I do so on a daily basis, as I need something to fill my bus commute beyond music and staring vacantly into space. For example, I've been parsing through some of the publications from the WMAP team on the 7 year data analysis. Komatsu, et.al., and Bennett, et.al. have written some interesting work. I could write about what I find interesting but it'll fall on deaf ears. The blithering morons on sci.physics and sci.physics.relativity who literally _struggle_ with grasping classical mechanics (hi colp, Androcles, Henry Wilson, the seto, etc...) have nothing useful to say. I spent a few trips working through a paper by Garafalo who argues that AGNs are powered near extremal black holes rotating in the opposite direction WRT the accretion disk. I waited a long time for that paper. I've found some things I think are straight up _wrong_ in that paper, but I don't even pretend to engage the illusion that anyone here would have useful commentary on the matter.
