From: Shan Kumar on 10 Apr 2010 08:08 When starting outlook a number of reminders (one for every one of the address book entries) is appearing in the reminders window. I clicked on the dismiss all and all the entries got dismissed. But the outlook did not respond. After some time, the same set of reminders are appearing again! Even if I dismiss, it is not going away. It keeps reappearing. I closed the outlook and started back but still the same error continues. I restarted the computer but still the same problem continues. Why is this happening and how do I get over this? Let me know , please. Regards Shan

To do this, press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog. type outlook /cleanreminders in the field and press Ok. If this doesn't work, see http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/cleanreminder.asp for other methods. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Do you sync your mailbox with a smartphone or pda? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=39473 "Shan Kumar" <ShanKumar(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:823A194E-23FE-4A8B-A37A-31F344E99BAA(a)microsoft.com... > When starting outlook a number of reminders (one for every one of the > address > book entries) is appearing in the reminders window.
