We use Nationwide's internet banking service. We bought an ISA. At
least, we thought we had. Finally, three weeks later, I contacted their
help line- which was indeed very helpful.

The upshot was that I was using an 'unsupported browser'. As I'm using
Firefox 3.6.3 in 10.5.8, I pointed out ever so politely that if there
was a problem it was at their end. And so it turned out; the 'quick
transfer' facility had a problem, and it was known... The workaround was
to use the normal, longer way round. Which is pretty easy anyhow..

All done now, or appears to be. I wonder what they do officially
support. I think I can guess...

But Nationwide are good. Still a mutual. Worth using.
