From: Derek Chilvers on 9 Feb 2010 11:32 I have just started using Word 2007 with Windows 7. Whenever I hit the Enter key to go to the next line (for example when typing an address) the cursor skips a line, making the address (for example) double-spaced. (However, when typing the rest of the document it comes out single-spaced, as I want.) I have tried everything I can think of to stop this happenening and would appreciate someone's help! Thanks. -- Derek

I especially appreciate your explanation of what a "dialog box" looks like and where to find it! -- Derek "Kara the Computer Tutor" wrote: > Maybe this will help: > > http://karathecomputertutor.wordpress.com/2009/08/21/how-to-change-default-line-spacing-to-single-space-in-word-2007/ > -- > Kara > http://www.karathecomputertutor.com > > > > "Derek Chilvers" wrote: > > > I have just started using Word 2007 with Windows 7.
