From: JUDE on 8 Mar 2010 16:18 Over the last few months, 4 or 5 times, update KB977896 has tried to install but won't. I have Windows XP Home Edition with Microsoft Office, do I need to send any other information? Is it a necessary update, and if not, how do I make it stop trying to install?
