So you have Microsoft Works and Microsoft Office 2007 installed? Or just Microsoft Works and some 'viewers' for Microsoft Office 2007? Or had Works installed but installed Office 2007 and did not fully remove Works? Or just Outlook 2007 and InfoPath 2007 and Microsoft Works? Have you tried downloading the patches manually and installing manually? -- Shenan Stanley MS-MVP -- How To Ask Questions The Smart Way http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html

From: Cherry on 11 Dec 2009 08:23 Code: 646. I have Microsoft Works and Microsoft Office Professional 2007 installed. I had done the updates manually last month and I can do them again, but I really would like to know why they are not installing. Thanks.
