From: LSMFT on 14 Apr 2010 09:06 In my 11.2 gNome update I get an orange seal that alerts me. I click and install updates and during that I get a red triangle telling me of the same update. Click on it and it starts to update again and realizes its already done then goes to the green thing showing no updates available. What is really going on here? Some kind of redundancy? It's been doing this since installation of 11.2 -- LSmFT I'm trying to think but nothing happens............

Go figure. When I do, I use zypper to check for patches and updates and install them. I recently installed Firefox 3.6.3 and yesterday I had a notification that Firefox 3.5.9 was available, which I ignored. Today the notification is gone. One of my daily routines is to check for patches and updates using zypper or YaST -- openSUSE 11.2x86_64 (Gnome 2.28.2) | AMD Athlon(tm) 64 3000+ | 2GB RAM
