DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) Design, programming, implementation and support of n-tier and highly advanced web based e- commerce based applications; (2) Working closely with end-users, executive management, business partners, third party vendors, and other IT professionals throughout the US and worldwide; (3) Actively participating in design sessions for process identification and redesign; (4) Designing and developing intuitive designs and specifications for offshore development staff; (5) Conducting virtual webinars to facilitate knowledge transfer to offshore development staff; (6) Assisting with release management and active participation in every phase of the software development lifecycle (Agile and waterfall). REQUIRED: 10 years of STRONG/CURRENT programming of n-tier and web based applications that are complex in nature. 5 yrs of EXPERT level & CURRENT C# and VB.NET and JavaScript development with web services, AJAX, UI design, stored procedures, DTS packages, SOAP, XML, UML, ODBC, MS SQL Server, IIS. MUST have STRONG/CURRENT experience with in depth software design, web (eCommerce or web based retail store) and client/server development, and problem solving skills. Ability to work as needed in pm and early am to conduct webinars and do knowledge transfer to off shore development staff. Must be eager to take on a leadership role and drive exciting, collaborative solutions.
