3 years linkage/correlation analysis experience.
Needs to be an expert on JMP or SAS statistical software applications.

Statistics Master's degree or above preferred.
Six sigma black belt preferred.

Familiar with Cisco hardware metrics data (RMA, CDRR, etc) and CSAT
(Customer Satisfaction ) data is a plus.

Able to work independently with little instructions.
Able to quickly learn the web-based dashboards and applications to
collect meaningful data.
Able to present the analysis results to the executive level.
