Being an O2 customer means either having a contract with them - in which case what is the need for GiggGaff as well? - or having an O2 pay & go mobile - in which case they will ask you to topup by £10 before sending you a card. So it means a lot of trouble to get the card in the first place - and a probably additional £10 topup as well. I don't think many will chose to go this route if it means spending £20 to get £10 on a GiffGaff SIM !
