From: Richard Hein on 20 Apr 2010 18:26 He can copy and paste the information into Word and then print, but he gets an error whenever he tries to print locally. He has had to go onto his remote computer, pull up outlook and then it will print to his local printer.

It is just that he cannot print locally from Outlook. He gets the error message: "There was an error when printing started. To check the printer setup, double click the Printers icon in Windows Control Panel." Everything looks good in Control Panel, his correct printer is set as the default, it will print from all other programs (not certain, but it did print from Word). But not from Outlook. |
