I have a user that is trying to send a response that she has accepted a
meeting request, but when she clicks "Accept" and either "Send a response" or
"Edit response before sending", she gets this error:

"You cannot respond to a meeting without an organizer. You must add an
organizer field to the item."

If she chooses "Don't send a response", she is able to accept the meeting
request.

She's running Office 2003 on WinXP, and all critical updates have been run.
Is there something else I should be looking out for?
