From: Hella Sand on 4 Nov 2009 02:39 Hi all, I'm trying to use the Kmeans-algorithm from the Fuzzy Clustering toolbox (the toolbox is downloaded from this homepage: http://esl.fim.uni-passau.de/~kkunze/intelsys2008/FuzzyClusteringToolbox_m.zip ). It works fine for me, when I'm using it on a m-file which generates random numbers (se maybe this homepage: http://wiki.esl.fim.uni-passau.de/index.php/Clustering ). But I would like to use the Kmeans on a set of PET-scan-data. My scan-data is original in a DICOM-format, but using a program called CERR (which runs through MATLAB) it's possible for me to convert the scan-data into a .mat-format. But I can't make the Kmeans work on a .mat-format:-( I'm very new to MATLAB, and I very much hope, that someone is able to help me. Best regards Hella Sand
