Hello-

I am trying to analyze some Raman spectroscopy scans using Matlab with no success. My data is in (x,y) format, generating 5-7 peaks. I would like to line segments at the baseline of each peak as well as the length of the peaks and calculate the length of these line segments. I also need to calculate the area under each of the peaks. My Matlab version is 6.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
