From: CJB on 9 Mar 2010 07:56 I topped up my S2 subscription by £10 and received the usual 'free stuff' including an internet allowance of 150Mb. However my Three mobile dongle has just run out of credit with a week to go, so I decided to buy a one week internet add-on at £2.50 for the S2 which I can also use as a modem. However I have two concerns. One - how much download/upload data do I get for the one week internet add-on - 'fair use' doesn't exactly mean a lot to me when I surfing the web. And two: both the relevant page on the S2 and the Three web site states that 'free stuff' will be used up before any add-ons. I take this to mean that the 'free stuff' 150Mb internet allowance will be used up, before the internet add-on allowance. In which case after using up the add-on allowance I will be left with no internet access at all until the next £10 top-up. And I'm not doing that until I have had some use out of the other 'free stuff' such as texts and 3-3 calls etc. Seems like a scam to ensure continual top-ups of £10 to retain internet features. CJB.

I think it's fairly generous, but can't remember exactly. 500MB perhaps? > And two: both the relevant page on the S2 and the Three web site > states that 'free stuff' will be used up before any add-ons. In the extreme, keep a separate SIM for the week's addon. Theo

Nice solution. Many thanks - Chris B.
