From: Anna Zawilska on 13 Jul 2010 11:51 I am using matlab to perform image processing on an input video stream. I have an HP laptop with a built-in webcam. I followed the instructions on the mathworks website and can easily access this webcam. However, when I attempt to access a webcam that is connected via USB to the system, instead of matlab accessing this camera directly, it opens CyberLink YouCam software that is used to record video from the built-in webcam. How do I avoid this? How can I set up the second webcam so that it appears as a separate video object so that I can stream video from it directly to matlab? Any help is greatly appreciated! |
