I use and like Hash (PL2009):

Program: Hash
Author: Robin Keir
Install: (n.i.)
Windows 95; 98; NT; 2000; XP; (Vista); (Windows Server 2008)
Ware: (Donationware) (free)
http://keir.net/hash.html

but I have a hunch you may be thinking about HashTab (also PL2009):

Program: HashTab
Author: Cody Batt
Windows XP; Vista; 7
Ware: (Donationware) (free)

Using Imgburn with verify checked and any hash app will definitely
verify that the image was written correctly for those who don't trust
the builtin verify in Imgburn.
