Flashed my V240 using the Solaris based script; patch took but machine
wouldn't reboot;

Got (transcribed)

ok reset-all

SC Alert: Host System has Reset
Probing system devices
Probing memory
Probing I/O buses
ERROR:/pci(a)1d,700000/pci@1/<Unnamed> Last Trap: Data Access Error

Did poweroff and poweron, same result.

Downloading the previous OBP version and will try that. Big downer
since I am remote and this was my jumpstart server.

Just an FYI.

I thinking flashing a machine is one thing I would not do without
physical access to the machine. Some times you need to be able to move
jumpers too.

Issue was with the OBP release; I implemented the Sun workaround and
downgraded the OBP. Here "the latest" wasn't "the greatest"

Machine was only remote for this task; the next morning I was able to do
some touch work for the workaround.

I have got the same problem with a V210 box. Can you point me to this
Sun workaround?

Thanks,
