if you had a horrid time with parallels in 2 gig, you'll have a horrid
time with vmware. the memory usage or speed is not going to be
significantly different.

What sort of "pain" was it? Dragging it to the trash was too much
trouble for you? For that matter, why did you think you have to get rid
of it? Your hard drive isn't close to full already, is it?
