At inconsistent intervals Virtual PC 2007 will shutdown.

System:

Vista Ultimate 64 bit
8GB RAM
AMD 9650 Quad core

Error:

I use Virtual PC 2007 and there is a service pack out, might be an idea to
download it. Its stable on XP x64 for me.
