If you're running a legacy DOS app that needs to have accurate time,
it does matter and there's no really good solution.

I guess I'll have to google a bit. Only thing I can imagine would be someone
running 24/7, or something. Seems like it'd take time for, er, time slippage. But
then, I'm just a developer who's accustomed to blowing stuff up and starting over.
