Just curious if any of you run/have run SQL Server in a virtual
environment and what your opinion is on doing so?

Had SQL Server 2008 on Windows Server 2008 with Hyper-V. The only thing
that stood in the way was Hyper-V limitation on 4 CPUs per virtual machine.
Everything else was OK.
