From: Grasavong on 18 Feb 2010 15:58 Hello, My compay uses an intranet for various forms and documents. The main page uses hyperlinks to access the forms or documents placed elsewhere on the network. This doesn't occur all the time, but only for a few files. When a user clicks on a link, a warning appears that states: "Opening File Path: path to filename Some files can contain viruses or otherwise be harmful to your computer. It is important to be certain that this file is from a trustworthy source. Would you like to open this file?" I understand that this occurs in Microsoft Office and I can't disable it. I can work around the warning by opening up the forms in a web browser. 1. How do I that while the file is still in its original form? (i.e. Excel, Word, PDF, etc) I don't want the files to open up as another webpage. Thank you.
