It is very unlikely that anyone is still using VISOC; they will have
moved on to Net Express which is now (over the past ten years), up to
Version 5.1, using either N/E on its own or with .Net. You can download
a trial version (University Edition) which limits source to some 22K
lines and is NOT for use to sell your applications.

If you are still using VISOC, even Net Express will be fairly compatible
'backwards' to the classes in VISOC. I doubt that you are, (but if you
are using Object Oriented classes), there isn't a dramatic change in the
M/F class support, other than they have added additional classes for
Java since VISOC days.

So fire away with your questions.
