From: Chris Bore on 19 Nov 2009 03:59 I'd love to attend the comp.dsp conference, but did you know it is arranged at the Easter weekend (2nd April is Good Friday)? that makes it really expensive to travel.. :-( Chris ============================ Chris Bore BORES Signal Processing www.bores.com On Nov 14, 9:31 pm, Vladimir Vassilevsky <nos...(a)nowhere.com> wrote: > Gentlemen, > > I think it would be a good idea to put up a page with the brief > information about the COMP.DSP participants. Trust me. My wife and I saw a black car pull up in our home town (Woking), and a man in a mask and cape got out, pushed a £20 note under the wipers of a car that had a parking ticket, got back in his car and was driven off at speed. Later, we heard that an 'elusive character in superhero garb' had done this a number of times. Nobody knows why, or who he was. Now that is cool. Weird, but cool. I'm sure Easter will have an impact as Chris points out.
