Just to add one more identical case to the list.
Interestingly, there are no curative responses from the experts to this
date.

Well bump this back to the top as I can "ditto" everything here. I was
hoping the new RC release would breathe some life into this issue as I've had
it for about 3 weeks, but no luck. Waiting for some help, too!
