From: Bob D Bob on 7 Mar 2010 13:49 I ntoced after donwloading the last Office updates from Windows Update a few weeks ago that network word files opened very slowly on a Client PC. This does not occur for documents on the Client PC's harrdrive. I have this problem on 3 different Pcs so it is not isolated to one installation. Was ther esomething in the last update that could have caused this? In Word - it syas it is downloading the file which takes a minute or two.
