I want to print a montly calendar view but want to be able to see the entire
name/time of the event and not have the data truncated. This is possible in
Publisher or Calendar Creator products, and hope that there is a way in
Outlook to accommodate this.

I am also having this problem and the version is 2007. When I had the 2003
Outlook, I could print out my monthly calendar and everything was in the box.
I pin it up in the kitchen but I can only read one line! That just doesn't
help me at all. I have to go back to my computer to get the details. since
my husband doesn't do computering he relies on this for our every day events.
Thanks if you can help me.

With Outlook 2007, the Calendar Printing Assistant should give you more
options with printing calendars.

I am having the same problem since I had 2007 installed, and the Calendar
Printing Assistant didn't solve it. With that, some of the appointments
showed properly, but others still display with only a few syllables of the
text showing. In addition, it doesn't seem possible to set the Calendar
Printing Assistant so that what information does display isn't on top of the
number of the day and in a tiny illegible font.

What I want is something exactly like the default month view from both 2003
and 2007, but with ALL of the text entered for each appointment wrapping and
printing properly, like it did with 2003.
