From: Rv! on 15 Feb 2007 04:52 Just found a set of these very old looking units. They're just wanting an uplift and carriage to remove from the now closed venue. The look "OK" and are reported to be fully working but I can't test in situ. Anyone got any data on these? The CV site has no link attached to the code for "Discontinued Products" so it doesn't work. Web searches pull up virtually nowt. Any assistance appreciated. Rv!
From: Rv! on 17 Feb 2007 09:36 <bjthedj(a)the. All I got back from them was as pasted below... I would have loved a proper sensitivity chart and the likes. I think even with the limited facts, I might just add these to the backup-stock. The total price for a pair of subs and top is, as mentioned, carriage. This will be about 100/$200US. I've tested them in a small "function hall" venue and they sound clean and reasonable when driven, but the room wasn't helping much. Again, not a lot to go on, but anyone got any opinions on these, other than get shot of the 1/4" jacks!? Rv!
