I just had my niece on the phone. She needed software to burn a CD, so I
recommended ImgBurn. I spent the next half hour explaining to her how to
remove the Ask.com Toolbar and the Ask.com Home Page in Fx. <sigh> (And
during install I told her to lookout for third party programs since I
didn't knew ImgBurn installed Ask... :-\ )
