Someone can't start with a blank template and add webparts that are
available in the other templates. What a shame, sometimes I need to mix and
match.

I downloaded the project template and it works fine, other then its just a
hair off on some of the web parts.

Appreciate the feedback.

Ah, I think I was commenting on the project *webpart* - I presume you were
talking about what Microsoft call an "application template" (one of 33).

Ignore what I wrote about "project template" - if its an application
template as seems likely it is just a customization of one of the standard
templates (blank; team site; meeting; document) - I presume it's based on
Team Site but I may be wrong.
