From: Hi Dee on 26 Jan 2010 10:48 When I have an appointment which wraps around a weekend i.e. Thursday to Tuesday the print preview as well as the hard copy print comes out with the first line printed with an extended colour category outside the calendar. It does not print the line on the next week to extend the date beyond Saturday. Any suggestions? I had to reload outlook as I have a new hard drive. This did not happen previously. I'm assuming there's a setting that needs to be adjusted???

Version of Outlook? Do you have all updates installed? This sounds like a bug in Outlook 2007 that was fixed by an update. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: mailto:dailytips-subscribe-request(a)lists.outlooktips.net EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: mailto:EMO-NEWSLETTER-SUBSCRIBE-REQUEST(a)PEACH.EASE.LSOFT.COM Poll: What version of Exchange server do you use? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=33803 "Hi Dee" <hD(a)appletr.com> wrote in message news:A0CE3952-A574-4A08-BF9D-4E7AA0814CE8(a)microsoft.com... > When I have an appointment which wraps around a weekend i.e. Thursday to > Tuesday the print preview as well as the hard copy print comes out with > the > first line printed with an extended colour category outside the calendar. > It > does not print the line on the next week to extend the date beyond > Saturday. > Any suggestions? > > I had to reload outlook as I have a new hard drive.
