From: Doug Robbins - Word MVP on 12 Mar 2010 16:50 Well, one trap that it will help you avoid is going ahead and editing a document and then saving it thinking that you have saved the changes only to later discover that you were working on a document that was opened from a temporary location and when you close it, the "changed" file is deleted. -- Hope this helps.
