Folks

What in the $%^ with office 2007 and WinXP Pro. Everything had been
working just fine. I decided I didn't want to use a login password to
the OS. Now all of Office 07 will not run, says not installed for
this user. I reenter the OS password and still Office says I have to
run the setup for this user. What in the #$%^%&! ?????? This is a
real pisser! Does anyone have an explanation or a fix?

Thanks

Jess

Could you re-write your message in standard English so that people can
understand you. Please avoid asterisks and stars. If you want to take out
any anger from your chest then just do it explicitly on Microsoft Valuable
Pigs. They are here just for that purpose.

Sounds like the user installed the Office for that user only, and then
the user hosed their profile. One fix would be log onto XP as an
administrator and uninstall and reinstall Office.
