Stating your opinion over and over doesn't make it a fact. Your parents
told you these stories when you were growing up. My parents told me
completely different stories. They sent me to Sunday school for eight
years and, you know what? This thing you call the new testament isn't
even a part of the Holy Scriptures! It means as much to me as, say, the
Quran, the Book of Mormon, and Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

Just because YOU say so, over and over? And by the way, while we're at
it, what exactly do you think it is I believe? I'm sure you have
absolutely no idea what I believe.

You're just stating opinions again, based on other people's opinions. As
I said, stating opinions over and over doesn't make them fact. The
actual nature of divinity is exactly what it is regardless of what
anyone, including me as well as you, states as an opinion.

I don't expect you to understand one word of what I've said.

Opinion that matches John's = fact for him. He is quite simply unable to
understand the underlying flaw in his reasoning.... if I may dirty the
word reason by using it in association with John.

If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the precipitate.

Yep, his parents taught him one set of beliefs when he was a child, he's
simply continued to believe these same things, accepting books that
agree with those beliefs as "proof" while rejecting all the books that
disagree. It's all too simple.

John, there are more books that "prove" the opposite of everything you
say is true. There are books that "prove" the moon landings were a hoax,
books that "prove" that the Nazis never carried out the "final
solution."

Heck, man, all your different Christian cults don't even agree with one
another on lots of major details! The Roman Catholic cult believes
things you disagree with, the various Eastern Orthodox cults have other
believes, likewise all the different Protestant cults, the Latter Day
Saints, etc. If you goys can't all agree on things, why in the world
should any non-Christians take any of your stuff seriously?
