From: Beau on 9 Feb 2010 00:30 Does anyone know where this plugs in? I'm assuming it's a speaker for the MoBo beep codes. http://jackiesbar.com/GForce6100PM-M2%20v2.html And how do I test it to make sure I've got it in the right spot? Thank You Beau

If not try this link: <http://download.ecsusa.com/dlfileecs/manual/mb/eng/k8/GeForce6100PM-M2V2.0/GeForce6100PM_M2%20(2_0A).pdf> hth Beau wrote: > > Does anyone know where this plugs in? From: Beau on 9 Feb 2010 02:05 Yep, that would be the spot :-) I have a manual but I couldn't find anything about that silly speaker thingy. I tried that spot before but obviously put it in backwards. There's no clear +, - markers on the board. Anyway, that did it so thank you and have a wonderful evening! From: shawn on 9 Feb 2010 15:59 Yeah, most motherboard manuals I've come across suck. They usually miss or leave something out. Sometimes they're in poorly translated English. A lot of times I've found they will tell you where to plug in power switch, reset switch, etc, but don't tell you which direction.
