The .. operator is documented in 'man perlop'. Look for the heading
'Range operators'.

It's an operator just like +, *, ==, gt, !, ... and can be found in
perldoc perlop.

It would be nice if there was an operator perldoc switch analogous to -f
for functions.

I have this on my to do list, but for more than just operators. I'd
include all keywords, etc.
