It covers all Mac OS X and iOS security fixes since the start of 2010, up to and including Safari 4.1.1 and 5.0.1 (released last week), plus has links to documents which cover earlier periods (looks like they archive the old ones every couple of years). This document is generally updated a few days after Apple releases any software update which includes security fixes. If you want to get more timely notification of security fixes, Apple has a mailing list to which you can subscribe. See http://lists.apple.com for details.
