Asking in a newsgroup that discusses Outlook EXPRESS. No, you did NOT install Outlook Express in Windows 7. OE always came bundled with IE. The last version of OE that was bundled was version 6 that came bundled with IE6. Windows 7 comes with IE8. You cannot install an earlier version of IE in Windows 7. So you cannot get IE6 installed to include the bundled OE6.
From: Peter Foldes on 2 Feb 2010 00:22 Gerry Outlook Express (OE) cannot be installed on Windows 7. It is a part of Internet Explorer 6 But on the other hand Outlook(OL) can be installed on Windows 7 and OL is a part of Office Now which one or what are you talking about Gerry -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged.
