From: hedera on 30 Aug 2009 16:00 I have a new Samsung Saga running Windows 6.1. So far I haven't been able to check for Windows Updates. I just ran a manual check and got Result code: 80072ee7 My windows Mobile ID is 15C2EA5A-A5B4-572B-B9C6-34C857-54BEEB The phone was connected to a Windows XP Pro SP3 desktop with a broadband DSL connection. How do I make this work? -- hedera Nature bats last.

From: hedera on 30 Aug 2009 18:47 Well, that certainly simplifies the issue! Thanks for the information, but - what if there were?? (Never mind, the question is rhetorical...) -- hedera Nature bats last. From: Todd Allcock on 30 Aug 2009 23:49 Arguably, if there were an update, you'd be able to connect! ;) Seriously, I get a connection error now as well, where I used to get a "No updates available for your device" message. I just assume, Microsoft took down the unused server. From what I understand, it was setup for OEMs and mobile operators to use to issue updates, and none of them took advantage of it.
