are you using version 9646? It is the latest. If you just d/led it it might
still be blocked. Some d/led files are block from installing.
Right click on install file & see if it is blocked. Mine was blocked
but after unblocking it I got as far as Manifest errors. All I could do was
cancel.

It is build 9646 but I did not download recently and I don't
see anything indicating it might be blocked. I installed
this build to Vista about a month ago.

Partition Commander can image a disk under X64. I boot off the CDROM,
so I don't know if the installed version has this capability. I always
figured booting off the CDROM was a good plan since you shouldn't be
modifying files if you want to image a disk.

Partition Commander is often a freebie at Fry's.

Acronis True Image 11 works here on Windows 7 Beta build 7000. It installed
with no problems and I have made an image of the C drive, and restored it.
This is posted from that restore. Seems to work fine.
