I checked with Control Panel -> Program Features
The IIS looks like had been installed, the check boxes are 'ticked'. But
when I tried:
http://localhost/test.html

No page is found.

Any possible reason?

test.html doesn't exist by default after installing IIS. Did you create
it? If so, where did you put it?
