You're mowst welcome. Seems to be 'something' changing that setting on
Vista systems. Suggest that if you personally did not make that change
then the system be thoroughly scanned for the presence of ' unwanted
visitors '. If the installed antivirus did not detect any changes or
malware, then suggest the system be scanned by an online scanner or
download and scan with Kaspersky SOS:
http://usa.kaspersky.com/products_services/free-virus-scanner.php

The above will remove malware, unlike Kaspersky's online scanner.
