Hi,
I have Windows 2003 Server Standard with SP2 and IIS 6. When I try to
register "aspSmartUpload" with the folllowing command,

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\aspSmartUpload.dll

I get an error as below,

LoadLibrary ("C:\Windows\System32\aspSmartUpload.dll") failed - The
specific module could not be found.

Any help is appreciated.
