The image files have a size of 3 MPixel, i.e. about 1 MB as JPEG and 9 MB in
memory. I check the performance setting in 2003. They are set such that
programs favoured for both processor and memory resources. The server role is
application server and file server.

You need to compare that against the W2K system.
