Have not been presented with acceptance message after DOWNLOAD, 'Do you accept license agreement.' Cannot run update without receiving error code 80200053. Using Event Viewer, check the log 'Application Logs \ Microsoft \ Windows \ Bits-client \ Operational' for more details. If the update in question is a .NET update then strongly suggest you manually download and *save* it from the MS Download Center. http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/default.aspx Enter the KB number of the update in the 'Search All Download Center' field and then click the magnifying glass icon to start the search. Once the download completes close *all* open programs and browsers prior to installing it.
