From: CG on 27 May 2008 22:06 I have update my Windows Vista 32-Bit to the new SP1. But after installing the SP1, my Synaptic Mouse Pad is not work. And there is an update for that on the Windows Update Site but I can't update it for some unknown errors. "WindowsUpdate_800705B4" I am not sure how to proceed for help. I have tried the troubleshoot but that does not help too. I have a Toshiba Laptop. The Synaptic Mouse Pad was working perfectly fine until I installed the SP1. Can anyone help me solve the issue?
From: Geoff Schaller on 28 May 2008 00:40 Whip out the devices CD that came with your laptop, delete the current driver and let the OS reload it from the CD.
