hal.dll problem Pc frequentlyfails to boot into windows. Just before windows starts in boot sequence, message comes up saying hal.dll file is missing or corrupted, and advises reinstall file. Error code E02D02 and E02E05 on a Canon W8200 PG I have a canon printer W8200 PG and its developed a slight problem in the last hour..
